I'm not sure how I ended up on Deepak Chopra’s mailing list, but what a wonderful message I woke up to: "I wanted to tell you that I have a deep hope for you. A hope that you will awaken to the incredible healing power that lies dormant inside you. That when you are stressed or suffering, you never again have to rely on outside forces to feel better, but understand you have everything you need within to heal yourself. That you will wake each day and go to bed each night experiencing the vibrant health and profound happiness that is your birthright. As a doctor, it is my deep belief that my role is not to heal my patients, but to teach them how to heal themselves. I hope that I can help do this for you."
