PRICE

The price are in euro and with the french VAT (19.6%) and do not include the shipping cost. The saler can change prices of articles and shipping cost at any time. The shipping cost for European Union and Switzerland is free.

PRODUCTS

The product are in stock in the saler's store or available in 24 jours, except out-of-stock condition at Polar France.
All products have one year garanty by Polar.

PAYMENT

Secure Payment by credit card with the "Banque Populaire de Lorraine", a french bank. The saler have never access to the client's credit card data. The saler valid the client's payment only when the products are send.

Payement against delivery is free for country in EU and Switzerland when available. It's available in Switzerland and all UE country except Greece, UK and Ireland. The saler send the product only after receiving a confirmation from the client.

DELIVERY

The saler send the product with the french post with an assurance. It takes 4 to 6 days with no garanty of delay. If the client doesn't receive anything, the saler make an investigation at the french post. When the product is said lost, the saler can charge the client back if by credit card payment or resend the client a product.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The buyer has a right of return within seven days from the date of delivery as formally notified by the delivering Company. The Postage cost remains due by the client.
