Être footballeur, c'est faire équipe avec d'autres, c'est être membre d'un groupe de personnes qui accomplissent une tâche commune, c'est apprendre la solidarité.

Être un bon footballeur, c'est être performant sur le terrain mais c'est aussi savoir être une personne qui valorise les qualités humaines et footballistiques de ses coéquipiers, de son équipe, y compris celles de ceux qui ne sont pas sur le terrain, qui travaillent dans l'ombre.

Que ce soit sur le terrain, sur le banc, dans les vestiaires, le foot c'est avant tout une solidarité hors du commun, une passion qui se vit avec ardeur malgré la pression quotidienne, le poste ou l'angle de vue.

Alors en ce dimanche, je remercie Dieu pour cette grâce de pouvoir vivre toutes ces expériences qui me font grandir pas à pas, de pouvoir partager ce mode de vie avec d'autres warriors du ballon.

Being a footballer is being a team player, being part of a group of people who want to accomplish the very same thing and learn solidarity.

Being a good and successful footballer involves performing well in the football field, but also includes being a person who acknowledges human and football related qualities of my team mates. Moreover, of the entire team and also considering qualities of others that are not necessarily on the field but who work behind the scenes.

Whether it’s the field, the bench or in the dressing rooms, football is essentially and firstly about solidarity, a passion that is lived with great enthusiasm despite of the daily pressure from the position or from the angle that is viewed upon.

To conclude, I would like to thank God for His amazing grace for allowing me to live this beautiful experience that is stretching me and making me grow step by step; and to allow me to share this lifestyle amongst other warriors of the football business.
